VASTU SHASTRA After the great earthquake in April 2015, the Nepalese people became more aware about the design of their home, at first they look at the cost and use sub standard materials also not going to the engineering consultancy for the home design and directly going to the contractor for building their home. Now this isn't the case, even for small residential homes of 2/3 stories future home owners seek the consultant help of registered Civil Engineers, also the Naksa Pass process in their respective Municipalities also has a rule of having an Engineer and an Architect design a Building.
